Ingredients
- 2x180g Cadbury white chocolate blocks, broken
- 1 sleeve Oreo biscuits, chopped
- 1 cup Pascals Marshmallows, quartered
Method
- Line a 30x20cm tray with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate squares in a clean, dry microwaveable bowl, melt the chocolate in 2 x 1-minute increments. Stir until nice and smooth.
- Add chopped Oreos and marshmallows and stir to combine.
- Using a spatula, scrape the mixture into the prepared tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-hour or until set.
- Cut into 16 squares to serve.
