Delicious Prawn Cocktail Rolls

Ingredients

  • 500g cooked prawns, peeled, deveined and chopped
  • ½ cup Masterfood’s Seafood Sauce
  • 6 Cos lettuce leaves
  • 6 long Brioche Rolls

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped prawns with the seafood sauce; set aside.
  2. In a preheated 160C oven, bake the Brioche rolls for 10 – 12 minutes or until nice and crunchy.
  3. Cut a deep V along the length of each to create a cavity for the filling.
  4. Place a Cos lettuce leaf inside each roll.
  5. Fill generously with the prawn mixture.
  6. Season to taste before serving.

 

OPTIONAL: Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and sprinkling of fresh dill to serve; both compliment this roll beautifully.
