- In a large bowl, combine the chopped prawns with the seafood sauce; set aside.
- In a preheated 160C oven, bake the Brioche rolls for 10 – 12 minutes or until nice and crunchy.
- Cut a deep V along the length of each to create a cavity for the filling.
- Place a Cos lettuce leaf inside each roll.
- Fill generously with the prawn mixture.
- Season to taste before serving.
OPTIONAL: Add a splash of fresh lemon juice and sprinkling of fresh dill to serve; both compliment this roll beautifully.
