Teriyaki Salmon Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g Skinless Boneless Salmon Fillets
  • 3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 pkts MAGGI Fusian Noodles Hot & Spicy
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 200g Snow Peas, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Shallots, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, Toasted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan forced, grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Brush salmon with 2 tbsp of the teriyaki sauce. Bake for 10 minutes; set aside.

  2. Cook MAGGI Fusian Noodles according to packet instructions, keep warm.

  3. Heat a frying pan with oil, add snow peas, cook for 2 minutes or until tender, add noodles, remaining teriyaki sauce and shallots.

  4. Break the salmon into pieces, serve on the noodle mixture, top with sesame seeds.
