Ingredients
500g spaghetti
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper, divided
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. olive oli
2 cups baby spinach
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 red chillies
6 rashers bacon
juice of 1 lemon
100g parmesan cheese
Method

Boil pasta in a large pan of boiling water until soft and al dente. Whilst pasta is boiling, heat the olive oil in a large pan

Add the bacon and stir until brown and crispy

Add the chillies and garlic into the bacon pan and stir until fragrant

Add the spinach leaves and remove from the heat

Drain the pasta and remove the pan from the heat

Add in the bacon mixture with the pasta and add the lemon juice and zest
-
Gently toss sprinkle with parmesan cheese, serve and enjoy
