Ingredients
- Oil
- Lamb Shanks
- Carrots
- Tomatoes
- Tomato Paste
- Potatoes
- Vegetables
Method
- Heat oil in pan and cook lamb shanks until brown
- Place carrots, tomatoes, tomato paste and recipe base into a slow cooker and stir, then add lamb shanks
- Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours
- Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
