- 500g lean beef mince
- ½ onion chopped
- ½ green capsicum chopped
- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- In a non-stick frying pan, brown the beef, onion and green capsicum over a medium heat.
- Season well with sea salt and cracked pepper and continue to cook, stirring to break up the beef, 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
