Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 red onion finely diced or grated
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple grated
Method

Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.

Using damp hands, combine the mixture well and form into 6 thick patties of equal size.

Place onto a baking tray, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes (or until ready to cook).

In a nonstick frying pan over a moderate/high heat, add patties and cook for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
