Latina™ Fresh Veal Tortellini and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 625g pack Latina™ Fresh Veal Tortellini
  • 150g pack prepared broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 425g tub Latina™ Fresh Creamy Carbonara Sauce
  • 1 handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

     

Method

  1. Add Latina™ Fresh Veal Tortellini to a large pot of boiling water. Return to the boil and add the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pan. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, heat Latina™ Fresh Carbonara Sauce according to tub directions.
  3. Add the sauce to the drained pasta and vegetables in the pan and stir to combine. Spoon into a heatproof shallow dish and top with cheese.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve scattered with parsley.

 

Options

Substitute the broccoli and cauliflower for green beans, cauliflower, capsicum or corn kernels
