625g pack Latina™ Fresh Veal Tortellini
150g pack prepared broccoli and cauliflower florets
425g tub Latina™ Fresh Creamy Carbonara Sauce
1 handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Add Latina™ Fresh Veal Tortellini to a large pot of boiling water. Return to the boil and add the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to the pan. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Meanwhile, heat Latina™ Fresh Carbonara Sauce according to tub directions.
- Add the sauce to the drained pasta and vegetables in the pan and stir to combine. Spoon into a heatproof shallow dish and top with cheese.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve scattered with parsley.
