Ingredients
- 250g packet Arnott’s Jatz
- 450g fresh Medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- 180g dark chocolate, melted
Method
- Roughly chop approx. 8 Arnott’s Jatz and set aside. Line a tray with baking paper. Butterfly open the dates and press them onto the tray, putting them close together until you have a sheet of the dates.
- Smooth the peanut butter over the squashed dates. Chill for 15 min.
- In the meantime, place chocolate into a medium microwave-safe bowl and heat on medium for 30-second bursts until chocolate is melted. Smooth the chocolate over the peanut butter, sprinkle with chopped Jatz and chill for 4 hours.
