Ingredients
Oil, for frying
4 crumbed chicken schnitzels
400g bottle Leggo’s Squeeze Pizza Sauce
4 slices ham
225g can pineapple pieces, drained
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Green salad and chips, for serving
Method

Heat oil in a non stick frypan over medium high heat. Cook crumbed chicken schnitzels until golden brown and cooked through.

Top each schnitzel with a generous squeeze of Leggo’s Pizza Sauce, a slice of ham, pineapple pieces and mozzarella cheese.

Cook under a hot grill or preheated oven at 200°C for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Serve with a green salad and chips. Garnish with chopped parsley.
