Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (190mL) light cream
- 1/2 cup (125mL) reduced-fat milk
- 1 packet Continental Soup French Onion
- 750 g potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese or tasty cheese
Method

Pre-heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Lightly grease a large baking dish.

Combine cream, milk and soup mix in a jug or bowl.

Place a layer of potatoes on bottom of baking dish. Pour over some of the cream mixture. Repeat layers with the remaining potato and cream mixture. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
