Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons granulated coffee crushed to powder
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons grated 70% cocoa chocolate
- 400 gram rib fillet, skirt or rump steak
Method

Preheat a BBQ or grill pan to high.

Bring together the ground coffee, chili and chocolate and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.

Massage the mixture into the meat, slathering it sinfully.

Grill.

Cooking for 3 to 4 minutes either side for medium doneness, remove, cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.

Slice to serve 2 passionate people.
