Ingredients
- 1 cup GF self-raising flour
- 1 free range egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 mandarins grate the zest and cut the segments
Method

Combine flour, egg and a pinch of sea salt.

Beat gradually, adding milk until thick and smooth.

Add mandarin zest and segments.

Heat non-stick frying pan.

Pour desired quantity into frying pan, cook until bubbling on top and then flip.
