- 1 small banana
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1½ cups almond milk
In a small saucepan, mash the banana.
Add cinnamon and stir to combine.
Add the oats and milk and a pinch of sea salt and stirring, bring to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat, and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Add a little water or extra milk if required to reach desired consistency.
- Remove from heat. Cover and stand for 5 minutes (porridge will cool and thicken slightly).
- Transfer to a bowl and top with desired ingredients. Enjoy immediately.
