Time : 30 minutes
- 12 bake-at-home dinner rolls
- 6 rashers rindless bacon
- 2 small tomatoes sliced thinly
- 1/4 iceberg lettuce shredded
Preheat oven to 180C.
Place bread rolls on a tray and cut lengthways without cutting all the way through.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the bacon in half and cook in a large, non-stick frying pan until crisp.
Just before serving, fill the rolls with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Optional Brush rolls with mayonnaise or BBQ sauce before filling.
