- 141g pkt Arnott’s Gluten Free Mint Slice
- 60g Cream cheese
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

Crush Arnott’s Gluten Free Mint Slice biscuits in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and process until just combined

Roll mixture into 10 even balls. Place on a baking paper lined tray and refrigerate for 30 mins until firm. Dust with cocoa.
