Ingredients
- 1/2 cup natural greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 medium apple diced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method

Combine the yoghurt, seeds and cinnamon along with 1/3 cup water.

Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

When ready to serve, microwave the diced apple with cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes until soft.

Add the chia seed pudding, mix and enjoy.
