- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1.5kg chuck roast
Place the stock and soup mix into a slow cooker bowl, stir until combined.
Place the beef into the liquid. Season with cracked pepper.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Using 2 forks, shred the beef IN the slow cooker, mixing it through the yummy gravy that results.
Use in pies, sandwiches or as a main meal with mashed potatoes and steamed greens.
